jitawi Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

jitawi ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms apply between you ("user", "member", "you") and jitawi. By accessing, browsing or playing any game on the platform you become legally bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes we will notify you at your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

jitawi operates for entertainment purposes only. Participation on the platform is at your own personal responsibility and jitawi is not liable for any losses.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

To register on jitawi you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request required documentation at any time for age verification.

2.2 Account Creation

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and if detected all accounts will be immediately closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful and complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent environment jitawi follows an identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process. We may request a national identity card or passport before withdrawal or at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if the KYC process is not completed.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jitawi is ৳200 (per method). We currently support the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer

Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons please contact the support team. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — the source of the deposit must be your own registered payment account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit and will be sent to that same account.

Withdrawals may be suspended if KYC verification has not been completed or if there is an active investigation on the account. jitawi reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request in the interest of financial security.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jitawi offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Similarly, depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user may claim each offer once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn if the bonus terms have not been met.
• jitawi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• jitawi's decision on determining eligibility for a bonus will be considered final.

4.4 VIP Program

jitawi's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are set by level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Higher levels can be reached through regular and active participation.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

jitawi is committed to the Fair Play principle. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is neutral and transparent. Using any kind of software, bots or automated tools to play games is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

If you are involved in any of the following activities your account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent claims
• Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Harassment or abuse of other players
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability
• Registering using a third party's identity

5.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a server error or technical disruption, jitawi reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. jitawi is not liable for any loss caused by loss of internet connection or device issues.

6 Responsible Gaming

jitawi strongly believes in responsible gaming. We want all our members to enjoy games in a safe, entertaining and controlled environment.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, complete any pending withdrawals and withdraw any balance not subject to a wagering requirement.

8.2 Suspension by jitawi

jitawi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Providing false information or non-cooperation with the KYC process
• Extended inactivity on the account
• Instructions from legal authorities

9 Limitation of Liability

jitawi is an entertainment platform. We do not guarantee any financial gain through gaming activity. jitawi accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Gaming being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device failure
• Delays or errors from third-party payment services
• Loss caused by unauthorized account access
• Direct or indirect financial loss from gaming

10 Dispute Resolution

To raise an objection against any decision by jitawi, written notice must be given within 30 days of being informed of the decision. jitawi's decision will be considered final in resolving all disputes, though the right to legal remedy remains reserved.

All content on the jitawi platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is the exclusive property of jitawi and is protected under international copyright law. Copying, distributing or commercially using this content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

13 Completeness of Terms
